Accessible Ringtone Maker for Android?

I've tried Ringdroid and MP3 Ringtone Maker, but can't figure out how to set the markers to where I want them. For some reason neither program will let me enter in times, even though my phone shows me an edit field. Any suggestions for how to remedy this or does anyone know of a different program I could be using?
